1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively intended for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership capable of entering into legal transactions in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options The purchase contract is concluded with Christian Koch.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an non-binding online catalog. You can initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after submitting the order.
We accept your offer within two days by
- issuing a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or
- dispatching the goods or
- if applicable, carrying out the payment transaction through our service provider or the selected payment service provider. The timing of the payment transaction depends on the payment method selected (see "Payment").
The relevant alternative for you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German
We store the text of the contract and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Further information on any shipping costs that may apply can be found in the offers.
Self-collection of the goods is possible.
We do not deliver to parcel lockers.
5. Payment In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:
- Advance payment: If you choose the payment method advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after payment has been received.
- Credit card: During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
- SEPA direct debit: By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of debiting your account at least one bank business day in advance (so-called pre-notification). A bank business day is any weekday except Saturdays, nationwide statutory holidays, and December 24 and 31 of each year. Debiting the account takes place before the goods are shipped.
- PayPal, PayPal Express: To pay the invoice amount via the PayPal payment service provider (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
- Sofort by Klarna: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
- Google Pay: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
- Apple Pay: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
- giropay / paydirekt: In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M ("giropay" or "paydirekt"), we offer the payment methods giropay and paydirekt.
- giropay: To pay the invoice amount via giropay, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
- paydirekt: To pay the invoice amount via paydirekt, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, be registered with paydirekt, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
- Amazon Pay: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A. 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg ("Amazon"), you must be registered with Amazon, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out within one bank business day after the order is placed. A bank business day is any weekday except Saturdays, nationwide statutory holidays, and December 24 and 31 of each year. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
- BillPay: In cooperation with the payment service provider "BillPay", operated by Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment via BillPay requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to BillPay. Further information is provided for each payment option and in the order process.
- Invoice via BillPay: The invoice amount is due 14 days after the goods are shipped and the invoice is received.
- Skrill: To pay the invoice amount via the Skrill service of the payment service provider Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited, Grand Canal House Grand Canal Street Upper Dublin 4, D04 Y7R5 Ireland ("Skrill"), you must be registered with Skrill, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by Skrill immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
- Klarna: In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise specified below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information is provided for each payment option and in the order process.
- Purchase on account via Klarna: The invoice amount is due 14 days after the goods are shipped and the invoice is received.
- Klarna credit card: During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order. An address and credit check does not take place.
6. Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
7. Warranty and Guarantees 7.1 Statutory Warranty Rights The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Liability We are liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents
- in the event of injury to life, body, or health,
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- for guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- to the extent the scope of the Product Liability Act is applicable. In the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, the liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time of conclusion. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. We are not obligated or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
